- Returns: Within 5 days, ₹50 reverse shipping fee
- Refunds: Processed in 48–72 hours after receiving the return product; may take 2–5 days to reflect
- Refund method: Prepaid → original payment; COD → bank account or UPI refunds.
- Second exchange: Not allowed unless there’s a defect
