We're thrilled you're loving Muka. But fits are fits — and we get it. Here's how returns & exchanges work:

• Pickups take 1-4 days after a request is placed, depending on courier availability in your pin code.
• First exchanges are free — swap for a different size or colour of the same style within 10 days.
• Returns can be initiated within 10 days of receiving. A ₹50 reverse shipping charge applies (₹75 for sale orders).
• Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours of pickup and may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
