- First exchange: Free (size/color of same style, within 7 days)
- Returns: Within 7 days, ₹50 reverse shipping fee
- Refunds: Processed in 48–72 hours after pickup; may take 2–5 days to reflect
- Refund method: Prepaid → original payment; COD → bank account (no UPI refunds)
- Second exchange: Not allowed unless there’s a defect
